An order for the reinstatement of the employment contract between the foundation and the director cannot be issued by the court.
2.
The provisions of the preceding paragraph shall apply mutatis mutandis to supervisory directors (commissarissen).

Een veroordeling tot herstel van de arbeidsovereenkomst tussen de stichting en de bestuurder kan door de rechter niet worden uitgesproken.
2.
Het in het voorgaande lid bepaalde is van overeenkomstige toepassing op commissarissen.
