Article 2:131

The court within whose jurisdiction the company has its domicile shall have jurisdiction over all legal actions concerning the agreement between the public limited company (naamloze vennootschap) and the director, including the claim referred to in Article 138 of this Book, the amount of which is indeterminate or exceeds € 25,000. The same court shall have jurisdiction over petitions as referred to in Article 671b and Article 671c of Book 7 concerning the agreement mentioned in the first sentence. The cases referred to in the first and second sentences shall not be heard and decided by the cantonal court (kantonrechter).
De rechtbank, binnen welker rechtsgebied de vennootschap haar woonplaats heeft, neemt kennis van alle rechtsvorderingen betreffende de overeenkomst tussen de naamloze vennootschap en de bestuurder, daaronder begrepen de vordering bedoeld bij artikel 138 van dit Boek, waarvan het bedrag onbepaald is of € 25.000 te boven gaat. Dezelfde rechtbank neemt kennis van verzoeken als bedoeld in artikel 671b en artikel 671c van Boek 7 betreffende de in de eerste zin genoemde overeenkomst. De zaken, bedoeld in de eerste en tweede volzin, worden niet behandeld en beslist door de kantonrechter.
