Article 1:107

The spouse or his heir, who has appropriated the assets of the community or has disposed of or embezzled assets thereof, may no longer renounce. Acts of day-to-day management or for the preservation of the assets do not bring about this consequence.
A person who, after having renounced, disposes of or embezzles assets of the community, loses the power to invoke Article 103, paragraph 4 of this Book.
De echtgenoot of zijn erfgenaam, die zich de goederen der gemeenschap heeft aangetrokken of goederen daarvan heeft weggemaakt of verduisterd, kan geen afstand meer doen. Daden van dagelijks bestuur of tot behoud van de goederen brengen dit gevolg niet teweeg.
Hij die na gedane afstand goederen der gemeenschap wegmaakt of verduistert, verliest de bevoegdheid artikel 103 lid 4 van dit boek in te roepen.
