The court of the place where the deed of renunciation must be registered may, on the grounds of special circumstances, extend the period prescribed for the registration one or more times before the expiry thereof.
De rechtbank van de plaats waar de akte van afstand moet worden ingeschreven, kan de voor de inschrijving gestelde termijn voor de afloop daarvan een of meer malen op grond van bijzondere omstandigheden verlengen.
