Any party to proceedings that have led to a final decision by the Office in the performance of its official duties in the application of Titles II, III and IV of this Convention may lodge an appeal against it with the Benelux Court of Justice in order to obtain an annulment or revision of that decision. The period for lodging an appeal shall be two months from the date of notification of the final decision.
In proceedings before the Benelux Court of Justice concerning decisions of the Office, the Organisation may be represented by a staff member designated for that purpose.
Eenieder die partij is in een procedure die heeft geleid tot een eindbeslissing van het Bureau in de uitvoering van zijn officiële taken ter toepassing van de titels II, III en IV van dit verdrag, kan daartegen beroep instellen bij het Benelux-Gerechtshof teneinde een vernietiging of herziening van deze beslissing te verkrijgen. De termijn voor het instellen van beroep bedraagt twee maanden te rekenen vanaf de kennisgeving van de eindbeslissing.
De Organisatie kan in procedures voor het Benelux-Gerechtshof die beslissingen van het Bureau betreffen, worden vertegenwoordigd door een daartoe aangewezen personeelslid.
