Article 1.15

The Benelux Court of Justice, as referred to in Article 1 of the Treaty concerning the establishment and the statute of a Benelux Court of Justice, shall take cognizance of questions regarding the interpretation of this Treaty and the implementing regulations, with the exception of questions of interpretation concerning the protocol on privileges and immunities referred to in Article 1.6, paragraph 1.
Het Benelux-Gerechtshof als bedoeld in artikel 1 van het Verdrag betreffende de instelling en het statuut van een Benelux-Gerechtshof, neemt kennis van de vragen van uitlegging van dit verdrag en het uitvoeringsreglement, met uitzondering van vragen van uitlegging betreffende het in artikel 1.6, eerste lid, bedoelde protocol inzake voorrechten en immuniteiten.
