The application of this treaty is limited to the territory of the Kingdom of Belgium, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Europe, hereinafter referred to as "the Benelux territory".
De toepassing van dit verdrag is beperkt tot het grondgebied van het Koninkrijk België, het Groothertogdom Luxemburg en het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden in Europa, hierna te noemen „het Benelux-gebied".
