If the freedom of movement to which the patient is entitled pursuant to the rules laid down by or by virtue of this Act is not limited to the ward where he resides, the head of the institution may nevertheless impose such a limitation for a period of no more than four weeks at a time, if this is necessary with a view to an interest as referred to in Article 32, paragraph 1.
Indien de bewegingsvrijheid waarop de verpleegde op grond van de bij of krachtens deze wet gestelde regels recht heeft, niet is beperkt tot de afdeling waar hij verblijft, kan het hoofd van de instelling zodanige beperking niettemin telkens voor een periode van ten hoogste vier weken opleggen, indien dit noodzakelijk is met het oog op een belang als bedoeld in artikel 32, eerste lid.
