A juvenile may file an appeal against the medical conduct of the physician attached to the institution or their substitute, as referred to in Article 47. For the purposes of this chapter, the institutional physician shall be deemed to include the nurse or other healthcare providers who are involved in the care of juveniles by the institutional physician.
Een jeugdige kan een beroepschrift indienen tegen het medisch handelen van de aan de inrichting verbonden arts of diens vervanger, bedoeld in artikel 47. Met de inrichtingsarts wordt in dit hoofdstuk gelijkgesteld de verpleegkundige dan wel andere hulpverleners die door de inrichtingsarts bij de zorg aan jeugdigen zijn betrokken.
