The secretary of the complaints committee shall send a copy of the complaint to the director.
Upon request, the director shall provide the complaints committee with the necessary information in writing as soon as possible in this regard. He shall add thereto such comments as the complaint may otherwise give him cause to make.
The secretary of the complaints committee shall provide the complainant with written notice of the contents of this information and these comments.
If the supervisory committee has mediated regarding the decision complained of and has communicated its findings in writing to the complainant and the director, the secretary of the complaints committee shall add the findings to the procedural documents.
De secretaris van de beklagcommissie zendt de directeur een afschrift van het klaagschrift toe.
De directeur geeft dienaangaande desgevraagd zo spoedig mogelijk schriftelijk de nodige inlichtingen aan de beklagcommissie. Hij voegt daaraan de opmerkingen toe, waartoe het klaagschrift hem overigens aanleiding geeft.
Aan de klager geeft de secretaris van de beklagcommissie schriftelijk kennis van de inhoud van deze inlichtingen en opmerkingen.
Indien de commissie van toezicht omtrent de beslissing waarover wordt geklaagd heeft bemiddeld en zij haar bevindingen schriftelijk aan de klager en de directeur mede heeft gedeeld, voegt de secretaris van de beklagcommissie de bevindingen bij de processtukken.
