If the situation referred to in Article 31, paragraph 1, has occurred, Our Minister shall provide a contribution to the Healthcare Insurance Fund (Zorgverzekeringsfonds) in the amount of the difference between the amount of claims paid, as referred to in Article 31, paragraph 1, and the amount that the Healthcare Institute (Zorginstituut) has received in respect of the claims referred to in Article 31, paragraph 2.
Indien de situatie, bedoeld in artikel 31, eerste lid, zich heeft voorgedaan, verstrekt Onze Minister een bijdrage aan het Zorgverzekeringsfonds ter hoogte van het verschil tussen het bedrag aan voldane vorderingen, als bedoeld in artikel 31, eerste lid, en het bedrag dat het Zorginstituut ter zake van de vorderingen, bedoeld in artikel 31, tweede lid, heeft ontvangen.
