Our Minister may, in agreement with Our Minister of Finance, grant a contribution to the Health Insurance Fund (Zorgverzekeringsfonds) for the full or partial payment of care or other services as referred to in Article 10, in the event that the need for such care or services is caused by or arises from armed conflict, civil war, insurrection, domestic disturbances, riot, mutiny or terrorism.
By ministerial regulation, it shall be determined:
which forms of care or other services are paid for, and to what extent, by the contribution;
for whose benefit the contribution is paid;
under which conditions and in what manner this care or other services are paid for by the Healthcare Institute (Zorginstituut).
In a regulation as referred to in the second paragraph, it may be stipulated that health insurers shall provide assistance to the Healthcare Institute in the implementation of the ministerial regulation referred to in the second paragraph, and what compensation shall be provided to the health insurers in return.
Onze Minister kan, in overeenstemming met Onze Minister van Financiën, een bijdrage aan het Zorgverzekeringsfonds verlenen ter gehele of gedeeltelijke betaling van zorg of overige diensten als bedoeld in artikel 10, in geval de behoefte aan die zorg of diensten is veroorzaakt door of ontstaan uit gewapend conflict, burgeroorlog, opstand, binnenlandse onlusten, oproer, muiterij of terrorisme.
Bij ministeriële regeling wordt bepaald:
welke vormen van zorg of overige diensten voor welk gedeelte met de bijdrage worden betaald;
ten behoeve van welke personen de bijdrage wordt betaald;
onder welke voorwaarden en op welke wijze deze zorg of overige diensten door het Zorginstituut worden betaald.
In een regeling als bedoeld in het tweede lid kan worden bepaald dat zorgverzekeraars het Zorginstituut bijstand verlenen bij het uitvoeren van de ministeriële regeling, bedoeld in het tweede lid, en welke vergoeding daar voor de zorgverzekeraars tegenover staat.
