The health insurer shall send two copies of its annual accounts and its annual report to the health authority within six months after the end of the financial year.
A health insurer applying Article 403 of Book 2 of the Civil Code shall, without delay after the filing of the annual report and the consolidated annual accounts at the office of the Trade Register, send the annual accounts, the annual report, and the consolidated annual accounts in duplicate to the healthcare authority.
The health insurer shall attach to the documents referred to in the first or second paragraph two copies of the auditor's report which it is required to have prepared for these documents pursuant to the Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek) or the Financial Supervision Act.
The care authority shall without delay send one copy of the documents referred to in the first to third paragraphs inclusive to the CAK and the Healthcare Institute.
De zorgverzekeraar zendt binnen zes maanden na afloop van het boekjaar twee exemplaren van zijn jaarrekening en van zijn jaarverslag aan de zorgautoriteit.
Een zorgverzekeraar die artikel 403 van Boek 2 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek toepast, zendt de jaarrekening, het jaarverslag en de geconsolideerde jaarrekening onverwijld na de neerlegging van het jaarverslag en de geconsolideerde jaarrekening ten kantore van het handelsregister, in tweevoud aan de zorgautoriteit.
De zorgverzekeraar voegt bij de stukken, bedoeld in het eerste of tweede lid, twee afschriften van de accountantsverklaring die hij op grond van het Burgerlijk Wetboek of de Wet op het financieel toezicht over deze stukken dient te laten opstellen.
De zorgautoriteit zendt het CAK en het Zorginstituut onverwijld één exemplaar van de in het eerste tot en met derde lid bedoelde stukken.
