Article 12
in forceOur Minister may, in agreement with Our Minister of Finance, in derogation from the provisions of Articles 9 and 10, designate a person other than the persons referred to therein as the employer with respect to:
the person who, by virtue of an agreement with another, provides his mediation for a remuneration on a regular basis in the formation of agreements between persons to be visited by him for that purpose and a principal of that other person;
the person who assists a home-based worker as a helper in the performance of the work;
the person who performs as a musician or otherwise as an artist, or who practises a branch of sport as a profession.
Onze Minister kan, in overeenstemming met Onze Minister van Financiën, in afwijking van het bepaalde in de artikelen 9 en 10 een ander dan de aldaar bedoelde personen aanwijzen als werkgever met betrekking tot:
degene, die krachtens overeenkomst met een ander tegen beloning geregeld zijn bemiddeling verleent tot het tot stand komen van overeenkomsten tussen daartoe door hem te bezoeken personen en een opdrachtgever van die ander;
degene, die een thuiswerker als hulp bij het verrichten van de arbeid bijstaat;
degene, die als musicus of anderszins als artiest optreedt dan wel als beroep een tak van sport beoefent.
