An institution shall ensure that its employees, as well as its daily policymakers, insofar as relevant to the performance of their duties and taking into account the risks, nature, and size of the institution, are screened, are familiar with the provisions of this Act, and periodically receive training that enables them to recognize an unusual transaction and to conduct a client due diligence properly and completely.
Een instelling draagt er zorg voor dat haar werknemers, alsmede de dagelijks beleidsbepalers voor zover relevant voor de uitoefening van hun taken en rekening houdend met de risico’s, aard en omvang van de instelling, worden doorgelicht, bekend zijn met de bepalingen van deze wet en periodiek opleidingen genieten die hen in staat stellen een ongebruikelijke transactie te herkennen en een cliëntenonderzoek goed en volledig uit te voeren.
