The approved institution shall ensure a modest and efficient business operation.
The approved institution shall maintain an administration that provides a correct and complete insight into its activities and its financial affairs.
The administration shall be such that an accurate, complete and timely recording of the data relating to the household income is guaranteed therein. Such data shall not be retained therein for a calendar year longer than until the moment at which the compensation for that calendar year for activities of the admitted institution that pertain to services of general economic interest has become irrevocable. Article 48, paragraph 2, shall apply mutatis mutandis.
The authorised institution is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of data relating to household income, except insofar as any statutory provision obliges it to disclose such data or the necessity for disclosure arises from its duties.
By or pursuant to an Order in Council, regulations may be issued regarding the costs of business operations, as referred to in the first paragraph, and further regulations regarding the application of the second paragraph.
De toegelaten instelling draagt zorg voor een sobere en doelmatige bedrijfsvoering.
De toegelaten instelling draagt zorg voor een administratie die een juist en volledig inzicht geeft in haar werkzaamheden en haar financiële aangelegenheden.
De administratie is zodanig, dat een juiste, volledige en tijdige vastlegging daarin is gewaarborgd van de gegevens met betrekking tot het huishoudinkomen. Die gegevens worden voor een kalenderjaar niet langer daarin bewaard dan tot het tijdstip dat de compensatie over dat kalenderjaar voor werkzaamheden van de toegelaten instelling die behoren tot de diensten van algemeen economisch belang onherroepelijk is komen vast te staan. Artikel 48, tweede lid, is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
De toegelaten instelling is verplicht tot geheimhouding van de gegevens met betrekking tot het huishoudinkomen, behoudens voor zover enig wettelijk voorschrift haar tot mededeling verplicht of uit haar taak de noodzaak tot mededeling voortvloeit.
Bij of krachtens algemene maatregel van bestuur kunnen voorschriften worden gegeven omtrent de kosten van de bedrijfsvoering, bedoeld in het eerste lid, en nadere voorschriften omtrent de toepassing van het tweede lid.
