The authorised institution shall commission an audit of the annual accounts referred to in Article 35, the annual report referred to in Article 36, and the overview referred to in Article 36a, paragraph 4, to a chartered accountant (registeraccountant) or to an Accountant-Administratieconsulent in respect of whom a notation as referred to in Article 36, paragraph 2, part i, of the Audit Profession Act (Wet op het accountantsberoep) has been entered upon registration in the register referred to in Article 36, paragraph 1, of that Act. Section 9 of Title 9 of Book 2 of the Civil Code shall apply mutatis mutandis.
The authority to grant the mandate rests with the supervisory board.
The engagement also includes the preparation of an assurance report regarding the public housing report and the overview referred to in Article 36a, paragraph 4.
Further regulations regarding the investigation referred to in the first paragraph shall be laid down by ministerial regulation.
De toegelaten instelling verleent opdracht tot onderzoek van de jaarrekening, bedoeld in artikel 35, het jaarverslag, bedoeld in artikel 36, en het overzicht, bedoeld in artikel 36a, vierde lid, aan een registeraccountant of aan een Accountant-Administratieconsulent ten aanzien van wie bij de inschrijving in het in artikel 36, eerste lid, van de Wet op het accountantsberoep bedoelde register een aantekening is geplaatst als bedoeld in artikel 36, tweede lid, onderdeel i, van die wet. Afdeling 9 van titel 9 van Boek 2 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
De bevoegdheid tot het verlenen van de opdracht berust bij de raad van commissarissen.
De opdracht omvat mede het opstellen van een assurance-rapport inzake het volkshuisvestingsverslag en het overzicht, bedoeld in artikel 36a, vierde lid.
Bij ministeriële regeling worden nadere voorschriften gegeven omtrent het onderzoek, bedoeld in het eerste lid.
