Our Minister shall determine, in agreement with Our Minister of Finance, which assets of the State that are attributed to the Central Bureau of Assistance (Centraal Bureau van Bijstand) shall be allocated to the Bureau.
The assets referred to in the first paragraph shall, as of the date of entry into force of this Act, pass by universal title to the Agency at a value to be determined by Our Minister in agreement with Our Minister of Finance.
In the event that registered property is transferred pursuant to the first and second paragraphs, a change in the registration in the public registers, as referred to in Section 2 of Title 1 of Book 3 of the Civil Code, shall take place. The necessary notifications for this purpose shall be made to the keepers of the relevant registers by the care of Our Minister of Finance.
Onze Minister bepaalt in overeenstemming met Onze Minister van Financiën welke vermogensbestanddelen van de Staat die aan het Centraal Bureau van Bijstand worden toegerekend, worden toebedeeld aan het Bureau.
De in het eerste lid bedoelde vermogensbestanddelen gaan met ingang van de datum van inwerkingtreding van deze wet onder algemene titel over op het Bureau tegen een door Onze Minister in overeenstemming met Onze Minister van Financiën te bepalen waarde.
Ingeval krachtens het eerste en tweede lid registergoederen overgaan, zal verandering in de tenaamstelling in de openbare registers, bedoeld in afdeling 2 van titel 1 van Boek 3 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek plaatsvinden. De daartoe nodige opgaven worden door de zorg van Onze Minister van Financiën aan de bewaarders van de desbetreffende registers gedaan.
