As of the date of entry into force of this Act, the staff members of the Central Bureau of Assistance (Centraal Bureau van Bijstand), as referred to in Article 1 of the Royal Decree of 20 May 1933, Stb. 292 establishing a general administrative order as referred to in Article 73a of the Notaries Act (Wet op het Notarisambt), whose names and positions are stated on a list established by Our Minister, are by operation of law dismissed and appointed as civil servants in the service of the Financial Supervision Office (Bureau Financieel Toezicht).
The transfer of the staff members referred to in the first paragraph shall take place with a legal status that, as a whole, is at least equivalent to that which applied to each of them at the Central Bureau of Assistance (Centraal Bureau van Bijstand).
Persons who, at the time of the entry into force of this Act, belong to the staff of the Central Bureau of Assistance by virtue of a civil law employment contract, and whose names and positions are stated on a list established by Our Minister, shall be dismissed by operation of law as of that time and appointed to the service of the Bureau with a legal status that is in its entirety at least equivalent to that which applied to each of them at the Central Bureau of Assistance.
Met ingang van de datum van inwerkingtreding van deze wet zijn de personeelsleden van het Centraal Bureau van Bijstand, bedoeld in artikel 1 van het koninklijk besluit van 20 mei 1933, Stb. 292 tot vaststelling van een algemene maatregel van bestuur, bedoeld in artikel 73a van de Wet op het Notarisambt, van wie naam en functie zijn vermeld op een door Onze Minister vastgestelde lijst, van rechtswege ontslagen en aangesteld als ambtenaar in dienst van het Bureau Financieel Toezicht.
De overgang van de in het eerste lid bedoelde personeelsleden vindt plaats met een rechtspositie die als geheel ten minste gelijkwaardig is aan die welke voor elk van hen gold bij het Centraal Bureau van Bijstand.
De personen die op het tijdstip van inwerkingtreding van deze wet krachtens een arbeidsovereenkomst naar burgerlijk recht behoren tot het personeel van het Centraal Bureau van Bijstand, waarvan naam en functie zijn vermeld op een door Onze Minister vastgestelde lijst, zijn met ingang van dat tijdstip van rechtswege ontslagen en aangesteld in dienst van het Bureau met een rechtspositie die in totaliteit ten minste gelijkwaardig is aan die welke voor elk van hen gold bij het Centraal Bureau van Bijstand.
