Investigative officers may at all times demand access to documents of which, in their reasonable judgment, access is necessary for the performance of their duties.
Persons who, by virtue of their status, profession or office, are obliged to maintain confidentiality, may refuse the inspection of documents or parts thereof to which their duty of confidentiality extends.
De opsporingsambtenaren kunnen te allen tijde inzage vorderen van de bescheiden waarvan naar hun redelijk oordeel inzage nodig is voor de vervulling van hun taak.
