Article 448

The court, the court of appeal or the Supreme Court shall dismiss the appeal or the petition, or shall order that which ought to have been done or ought to be done in accordance with the provisions of the law.
If the appeal against or the objection to an act or decision of the supervisory judge (rechter-commissaris) is deemed well-founded, another supervisory judge (rechter-commissaris) may be appointed in the judicial decision for the initiation or continuation of that investigation.
De rechtbank, het gerechtshof of de Hooge Raad zullen het beroep of het bezwaarschrift afwijzen, of bevelen hetgeen overeenkomstig de bepalingen der wet behoort of had behooren te geschieden.
Indien het hooger beroep van of het bezwaarschrift tegen eene handeling of beschikking van den rechter-commissaris gegrond wordt geoordeeld, kan bij de rechterlijke beslissing voor het instellen of voortzetten van dat onderzoek een andere rechter-commissaris worden aangewezen.
