Article 226r

The examining magistrate (rechter-commissaris) shall, if he issues the order described in Article 226n, paragraph 1, either of his own motion or upon the demand of the public prosecutor, take the measures that are reasonably necessary to keep the identity of the shielded witness and the person in respect of whom a petition or a demand as referred to in Article 226n, paragraph 1, is made, concealed.
Article 226f, paragraphs two and three, shall apply mutatis mutandis.
De rechter-commissaris neemt, indien hij het in artikel 226n, eerste lid, omschreven bevel geeft, hetzij ambtshalve, hetzij op vordering van de officier van justitie, de maatregelen die redelijkerwijs nodig zijn om de identiteit van de afgeschermde getuige en de persoon ten aanzien van wie een verzoek of een vordering als bedoeld in artikel 226n, eerste lid, wordt gedaan, verborgen te houden.
Artikel 226f, tweede en derde lid, is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
