Article 226s

The examining magistrate shall, if the shielded witness consents thereto, add the official report of the examination to the case documents.
2.
Article 226p, paragraph 3, shall apply mutatis mutandis, with the exception of the first sentence.

De rechter-commissaris voegt, indien de afgeschermde getuige daarmee instemt, het proces-verbaal van verhoor bij de processtukken.
2.
Artikel 226p, derde lid, is, behoudens de eerste volzin, van overeenkomstige toepassing.
