1.

The supervision of compliance with the conditions attached to the suspension of pre-trial detention shall be suspended during the period in which such supervision is being exercised in the executing Member State.

2.

Supervision in the Netherlands may be initiated:

a.

as soon as notification has been received from the competent authority of the executing Member State that the supervision has been terminated;

b.

if the suspect no longer has his fixed place of residence or stay in the executing Member State;

c.

if the suspect is located in the Netherlands.

Het houden van toezicht op de naleving van de aan de schorsing van de voorlopige hechtenis verbonden voorwaarden wordt opgeschort gedurende de periode dat in de uitvoerende lidstaat daarop toezicht wordt gehouden.

2.

Tot het houden van toezicht in Nederland kan worden overgegaan:

a.

zodra van de bevoegde autoriteit van de uitvoerende lidstaat bericht is ontvangen dat het toezicht is beëindigd;

b.

indien de verdachte niet langer zijn vaste woon- of verblijfplaats in de uitvoerende lidstaat heeft;

c.

indien de verdachte zich in Nederland bevindt.
