The SCE shall establish an SCE works council.
The SCE works council consists of employees of the SCE and of its subsidiaries and establishments. Membership terminates by operation of law when the member ceases to be an employee.
Article 2:11, paragraphs 1 and 8, shall apply mutatis mutandis to the election or appointment of the members of the SCE works council.
With regard to the Dutch participating legal entities, involved subsidiaries and branches, the members of the SCE works council shall be appointed or elected, or their appointment shall be terminated, in accordance with Article 2:11, paragraphs two up to and including eight, on the understanding that those members shall hold office for a term of four years.
De SCE stelt een SCE-ondernemingsraad in.
De SCE-ondernemingsraad bestaat uit werknemers van de SCE en van haar dochterondernemingen en vestigingen. Het lidmaatschap eindigt van rechtswege wanneer het lid ophoudt werknemer te zijn.
Op de verkiezing of aanwijzing van de leden van de SCE-ondernemingsraad is artikel 2:11, eerste en achtste lid, van overeenkomstige toepassing.
Met betrekking tot de Nederlandse deelnemende juridische lichamen, betrokken dochterondernemingen en vestigingen worden de leden van de SCE-ondernemingsraad aangewezen of verkozen, dan wel wordt hun aanwijzing ingetrokken overeenkomstig artikel 2:11, tweede tot en met het achtste lid, met dien verstande dat die leden zitting hebben voor de duur van vier jaren.
