Article 2:10, paragraph 1, shall apply mutatis mutandis to the composition of the SCE works council, with the understanding that the SCE works council shall replace the special negotiating body for this purpose. When such permanent changes occur within the SCE and its subsidiaries and establishments that the composition of the SCE works council no longer complies with the provisions of the first sentence, the SCE shall notify the SCE works council thereof as soon as possible. The SCE works council shall amend its composition no later than one year after the notification. As long as the composition of the SCE works council has not yet been amended, the members sitting for a Member State shall, for the application of the relevant provisions concerning voting ratios within the council, collectively have as many votes as corresponds to the number of members that will sit for that Member State after the amendment.
The SCE works council shall notify the SCE of its composition.
Each member of the SCE works council has one vote, unless otherwise provided by the council.
Without prejudice to Article 2:27, paragraph 2, the SCE works council shall decide by an absolute majority of the number of votes cast, unless otherwise determined by the council.
Op de samenstelling van de SCE-ondernemingsraad is artikel 2:10, eerste lid, van overeenkomstige toepassing, met dien verstande dat de SCE-ondernemingsraad hierbij in de plaats treedt van de bijzondere onderhandelingsgroep. Wanneer zich in de SCE en haar dochterondernemingen en vestigingen zodanige en blijvende veranderingen voordoen dat de samenstelling van de SCE-ondernemingsraad niet langer voldoet aan het bepaalde in de eerste zin, stelt de SCE de SCE-ondernemingsraad daarvan zo spoedig mogelijk in kennis. De SCE-ondernemingsraad wijzigt zijn samenstelling uiterlijk binnen een jaar na de kennisgeving. Zolang de samenstelling van de SCE-ondernemingsraad nog niet is gewijzigd, hebben de voor een lidstaat zitting hebbende leden, voor de toepassing van de relevante bepalingen betreffende de stemverhoudingen binnen de raad, samen zoveel stemmen als overeenkomt met het aantal leden dat na de wijziging voor die lidstaat zitting zal hebben.
De SCE-ondernemingsraad stelt de SCE in kennis van zijn samenstelling.
Ieder lid van de SCE-ondernemingsraad heeft één stem, zolang door de raad niet anders is bepaald.
Onverminderd artikel 2:27, tweede lid, besluit de SCE-ondernemingsraad bij volstrekte meerderheid van het aantal uitgebrachte stemmen, zolang door de raad niet anders is bepaald.
