Article 69a

The expert members of the chamber for agricultural tenancy matters (pachtkamer) of the court of appeal and their deputies shall be appointed by Royal Decree upon the recommendation of Our Minister. They shall be designated as councillor, or deputy councillor, respectively, in the chamber for agricultural tenancy matters (pachtkamer) of the court of appeal.
The provisions of Articles 48a, paragraphs two, three, four, five and six, and 48b shall apply mutatis mutandis to these members and their substitutes.
De deskundige leden van de pachtkamer van het gerechtshof en hun plaatsvervangers worden benoemd bij koninklijk besluit op voordracht van Onze Minister. Zij worden genoemd raad, onderscheidenlijk plaatsvervangende raad in de pachtkamer van het gerechtshof.
Het bepaalde in de artikelen 48a, tweede, derde, vierde, vijfde lid en zesde lid, en 48b is mede op deze leden en hun plaatsvervangers van toepassing.
