The board of the court of Gelderland shall constitute a single-judge chamber for the hearing and adjudication of military sub-district cases and shall determine the composition thereof. The person presiding over this chamber shall bear the title of military sub-district court judge.
Het bestuur van de rechtbank Gelderland vormt een enkelvoudige kamer voor het behandelen en beslissen van militaire kantonzaken en bepaalt de bezetting daarvan. Degene die zitting heeft in deze kamer draagt de titel van militaire kantonrechter.
