The Council shall notify each court as soon as possible after the adoption of the budget of the Ministry of Security and Justice of the budget it allocates to that court. If the budget deviates from the estimated budget referred to in Article 30, the second sentence of that article shall apply mutatis mutandis.
If the budget deviates from the estimated budget referred to in Article 30, the board shall amend the budget of the court.
Decisions regarding other amendments to the budget may be taken no later than the end of the relevant financial year.
The Council shall be notified immediately of the amendments referred to in the second and third paragraphs.
The board shall make the necessary expenditures within the limits of the adopted or amended budget.
De Raad maakt aan elk gerecht zo spoedig mogelijk na de vaststelling van de begroting van het Ministerie van Veiligheid en Justitie bekend, welk budget hij aan het gerecht toekent. Indien het budget afwijkt van het geraamde budget, bedoeld in artikel 30 is de tweede volzin van dat artikel van overeenkomstige toepassing.
Indien het budget afwijkt van het geraamde budget, bedoeld in artikel 30, wijzigt het bestuur de begroting van het gerecht.
Beslissingen tot andere wijzigingen van de begroting kunnen uiterlijk tot het eind van het desbetreffende begrotingsjaar worden genomen.
De Raad wordt van de wijzigingen, bedoeld in het tweede en derde lid, terstond in kennis gesteld.
Het bestuur doet de noodzakelijke uitgaven binnen de grenzen van de vastgestelde of gewijzigde begroting.
