With due observance of the rules referred to in Article 97, paragraph 1, the Council shall annually allocate a general budget to each court, to be charged to the national budget. The Council may attach conditions to the allocation of the budget.
In addition to the general budget, the Council may provide a court with financial resources for specifically defined activities aimed at improving the organisation or the working methods of the courts or the court concerned. The second sentence of the first paragraph shall apply mutatis mutandis.
Met inachtneming van de regels, bedoeld in artikel 97, eerste lid, kent de Raad jaarlijks aan elk gerecht een algemeen budget toe ten laste van de rijksbegroting. De Raad kan aan de toekenning van het budget voorschriften verbinden.
In aanvulling op het algemene budget kan de Raad een gerecht financiële middelen verstrekken voor specifiek omschreven activiteiten die gericht zijn op verbetering van de organisatie of de werkwijze van de gerechten of het desbetreffende gerecht. De tweede volzin van het eerste lid is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
