With the exception of deputy justices and deputy judges who do not perform their duties on the basis of an appointment as referred to in Article 5f, paragraph 3, of the Legal Status of Judicial Officers Act (Wet rechtspositie rechterlijke ambtenaren), the judicial officers working at a court who are charged with the administration of justice, the senior judicial clerks and judicial clerks who are also deputy justices or deputy judges, and the judges in training together constitute the court assembly.
The president is the chair of the court assembly.
The court officials, senior judicial research officers, and judicial research officers working at the court, who are not simultaneously acting justices or acting judges, and the acting justices and acting judges who do not perform their office on the basis of an appointment as referred to in Article 5f, paragraph 3, of the Legal Status of Judicial Officers Act, may participate in the court meeting upon invitation.
Met uitzondering van de raadsheren-plaatsvervangers en rechters-plaatsvervangers, die hun ambt niet vervullen op basis van een aanwijzing als bedoeld in artikel 5f, derde lid, van de Wet rechtspositie rechterlijke ambtenaren, vormen de bij een gerecht werkzame rechterlijke ambtenaren met rechtspraak belast, de senior-gerechtsauditeurs en gerechtsauditeurs, die tevens raadsheer-plaatsvervanger of rechter-plaatsvervanger zijn, en de rechters in opleiding tezamen de gerechtsvergadering.
De president is voorzitter van de gerechtsvergadering.
De bij het gerecht werkzame gerechtsambtenaren, senior-gerechtsauditeurs, gerechtsauditeurs, die niet tevens raadsheer-plaatsvervanger of rechter-plaatsvervanger zijn, en de raadsheren-plaatsvervangers en rechters-plaatsvervangers, die hun ambt niet vervullen op basis van een aanwijzing als bedoeld in artikel 5f, derde lid, van de Wet rechtspositie rechterlijke ambtenaren, kunnen op uitnodiging deelnemen aan de gerechtsvergadering.
