The board shall adopt board regulations, which shall in any event contain further rules regarding:
the organisational structure of the court;
the division into chambers, as referred to in Article 6, paragraph 1;
the allocation of cases to the members of the single-judge and multi-judge chambers;
the manner in which the board performs the tasks referred to in Article 23, paragraph 1, point (d), and paragraph 3;
the external contacts of the court board.
The board shall furthermore determine its seat in the management regulations.
Het bestuur stelt een bestuursreglement vast, dat in ieder geval nadere regels bevat over:
de organisatiestructuur van het gerecht;
de indeling in kamers, bedoeld in artikel 6, eerste lid;
de toedeling van zaken aan de leden van de enkelvoudige en meervoudige kamers;
de wijze waarop het bestuur uitvoering geeft aan de taken, bedoeld in artikel 23, eerste lid, onderdeel d, en derde lid;
de externe contacten van het gerechtsbestuur.
Het bestuur stelt in het bestuursreglement voorts zijn zetel vast.
