The board shall adopt internal regulations, which shall in any event contain further rules regarding:
the working method, decision-making process and division of duties of the board;
the authorisation referred to in Article 18;
the replacement of its members in the event of illness or other impediment.
The board shall, in the internal regulations, assign to the president or to the other judicial member of the board at least the area of responsibility relating to the tasks referred to in Article 23, paragraph 1, point (d), and paragraph 3.
Het bestuur stelt een huishoudelijk reglement vast, dat in ieder geval nadere regels bevat over:
de werkwijze, besluitvorming en taakverdeling van het bestuur;
de machtiging, bedoeld in artikel 18;
de vervanging van zijn leden in geval van ziekte of andere verhindering.
Het bestuur wijst in het huishoudelijk reglement aan de president of aan het andere rechterlijk lid van het bestuur in ieder geval het aandachtsgebied toe dat betrekking heeft op de taken, bedoeld in artikel 23, eerste lid, onderdeel d, en derde lid.
