The claim of the Procurator General for the institution of an investigation into the conduct referred to in the petition shall be heard by a Chamber designated for the hearing of such claims by the rules of procedure, which shall sit with three members.
De vordering van de procureur-generaal tot het instellen van een onderzoek naar de in het verzoekschrift bedoelde gedraging wordt behandeld door een voor de behandeling van deze vorderingen bij het reglement van orde aangewezen Kamer, die zitting houdt met drie leden.
