Any person who has a complaint regarding the manner in which a judicial officer charged with the administration of justice has conducted himself towards him in the exercise of his duties may, unless the complaint concerns a judicial decision, request the Procurator General at the Supreme Court in writing to institute proceedings before the Supreme Court for an investigation into the conduct.
The petition shall be signed and shall contain the name and address of the petitioner and as clear a description as possible of the intended conduct and the complaint raised against it.
Degene die een klacht heeft over de wijze waarop een rechterlijk ambtenaar met rechtspraak belast zich in de uitoefening van zijn functie jegens hem heeft gedragen, kan, tenzij de klacht een rechterlijke beslissing betreft, de procureur-generaal bij de Hoge Raad schriftelijk verzoeken een vordering bij de Hoge Raad in te stellen tot het doen van een onderzoek naar de gedraging.
Het verzoekschrift wordt ondertekend en bevat de naam en het adres van de verzoeker en een zo duidelijk mogelijke beschrijving van de bedoelde gedraging en de daartegen gerezen klacht.
