In each seat of the court, as referred to in Article 21b, paragraph 1, there shall be a registry. The registries shall be open on all working days for at least six hours per day.
In a court location as referred to in Article 21b, paragraph 2, there shall be a registry if the board has so determined. The board shall establish the opening hours of the registries.
The opening hours of the registries shall be stated in the administrative regulations.
Documents and items may be submitted and deposited at the registry where the case is being heard, unless otherwise provided in the administrative regulations.
In elke zittingsplaats, bedoeld in artikel 21b, eerste lid, is een griffie. De griffies zijn alle werkdagen gedurende ten minste zes uren per dag geopend.
In een zittingsplaats als bedoeld in artikel 21b, tweede lid, is een griffie indien dat door het bestuur is bepaald. Het bestuur stelt de openingstijden van de griffies vast.
De openingstijden van de griffies worden vermeld in het bestuursreglement.
Stukken en zaken kunnen worden ingediend en gedeponeerd bij de griffie waar de zaak wordt behandeld, tenzij in het bestuursreglement anders is bepaald.
