By way of derogation from Articles 5.1 and 5.2, information held by the formateur or the informateur, or information sent by an administrative body to the formateur or the informateur, shall not be public until the formation process has been completed.
In afwijking van de artikelen 5.1 en 5.2 is informatie die berust bij de formateur of de informateur, dan wel informatie die door een bestuursorgaan aan de formateur of de informateur is gezonden niet openbaar totdat de formatie is afgerond.
