In the event of a request for information that is older than five years, the administrative authority shall, in the event of a refusal of such information, state the reasons why the interests referred to in Article 5.1, paragraph 2 or 5, or Article 5.2, despite the lapse of time, outweigh the general interest of transparency.
Bij een verzoek om informatie die ouder is dan vijf jaar motiveert het bestuursorgaan bij een weigering van die informatie waarom de in artikel 5.1, tweede of vijfde lid, of artikel 5.2 bedoelde belangen ondanks het tijdsverloop zwaarder wegen dan het algemeen belang van openbaarheid.
