The administrative authority shall provide the information in the form requested by the petitioner or, if this cannot reasonably be required, with due observance of the provisions of Article 2.4, paragraph 3.
If the information is already available to the public in a form that is easily accessible to the applicant, the administrative authority shall point this out to the applicant.
Het bestuursorgaan verstrekt de informatie in de door verzoeker verzochte vorm of, indien dit redelijkerwijs niet gevergd kan worden, met inachtneming van het bepaalde in artikel 2.4, derde lid.
Indien de informatie reeds in een voor de verzoeker gemakkelijk toegankelijke vorm voor het publiek beschikbaar is, wijst het bestuursorgaan de verzoeker daarop.
