The Council shall establish by regulation further rules regarding the composition and working methods of the industrial committees (bedrijfscommissies). In doing so, these committees shall be granted the authority to establish sub-committees, whether or not from among their own members. The industrial committee (bedrijfscommissie) may authorise the committees thus established to exercise its powers.
The Council shall furthermore establish rules regarding the chairmanship of the industrial committees. In doing so, these committees shall be granted the authority to elect a chairperson from outside the members of the committee, whether or not with voting rights.
De Raad stelt bij verordening nadere regelen omtrent de samenstelling en de werkwijze van de bedrijfscommissies. Daarbij wordt aan deze commissies de bevoegdheid verleend commissies, al dan niet uit haar midden, in te stellen. De bedrijfscommissie kan de aldus ingestelde commissies machtigen haar bevoegdheden uit te oefenen.
De Raad stelt voorts regelen omtrent het voorzitterschap van de bedrijfscommissies. Daarbij wordt aan deze commissies de bevoegdheid toegekend, een voorzitter buiten de leden der commissie te kiezen, al dan niet met stemrecht.
