For groups of companies, the Council shall establish committees, designated as industrial committees (bedrijfscommissies), for the purpose of dealing with matters concerning the works councils, the central works councils, the group works councils of these companies, the staff representation, and the meeting as referred to in Article 35b.
A works council (bedrijfscommissie) shall consist of an even number of members, amounting to at least six, to be determined by the Council after consultation with the organisations of employers and employees referred to in Article 38, and an equal number of substitute members.
Voor groepen van ondernemingen worden door de Raad, ter behandeling van aangelegenheden betreffende de ondernemingsraden, de centrale ondernemingsraden, de groepsondernemingsraden van deze ondernemingen, de personeelsvertegenwoordiging en de vergadering als bedoeld in artikel 35b, commissies ingesteld, bedrijfscommissies genaamd.
Een bedrijfscommissie bestaat uit een door de Raad na overleg met de in artikel 38 bedoelde organisaties van ondernemers en van werknemers te bepalen even aantal leden, ten minste zes bedragende, en een gelijk aantal plaatsvervangende leden.
