The entrepreneur shall, at least once a year, provide the works council in writing with general information regarding the numbers and the various categories of persons working in the enterprise, as well as regarding the social policy pursued by him in the past year with respect to those persons, in particular with regard to matters as referred to in Articles 27, 28 and 29, partly for the purpose of discussing the general state of affairs of the enterprise. This information shall be specified quantitatively in such a way that it shows the effect that the various components of the social policy have had on individual business units and job categories.
In doing so, the entrepreneur shall also provide, orally or in writing, information regarding his expectations concerning the development of the workforce in the coming year, as well as the social policy to be pursued by him in that year, in particular with regard to matters as referred to in Articles 27, 28 and 29.
The entrepreneur shall, also for the purpose of discussing the general state of affairs of the enterprise, provide the works council at least once a year with written general information regarding the persons working in the enterprise on the basis of a temporary agency employment contract, and shall at the same time provide information, either orally or in writing, regarding the expected developments concerning the number of persons working on the basis of a temporary agency employment contract in the coming year.
De ondernemer verstrekt, mede ten behoeve van de bespreking van de algemene gang van zaken van de onderneming, ten minste éénmaal per jaar aan de ondernemingsraad schriftelijk algemene gegevens inzake de aantallen en de verschillende groepen van de in de onderneming werkzame personen, alsmede inzake het door hem in het afgelopen jaar ten aanzien van die personen gevoerde sociale beleid, in het bijzonder met betrekking tot aangelegenheden als bedoeld in de artikelen 27, 28 en 29. Deze gegevens worden kwantitatief zodanig gespecificeerd dat daaruit blijkt welke uitwerking de verschillende onderdelen van het sociale beleid hebben gehad voor afzonderlijke bedrijfsonderdelen en functiegroepen.
De ondernemer doet daarbij tevens mondeling of schriftelijk mededeling van zijn verwachtingen ten aanzien van de ontwikkeling van de personeelsbezetting in het komende jaar, alsmede van het door hem in dat jaar te voeren sociale beleid, in het bijzonder met betrekking tot aangelegenheden als bedoeld in de artikelen 27, 28 en 29.
De ondernemer verstrekt, mede ten behoeve van de bespreking van de algemene gang van zaken van de onderneming, tevens ten minste éénmaal per jaar aan de ondernemingsraad schriftelijk algemene gegevens inzake de op grond van een uitzendovereenkomst in de onderneming werkzame personen en doet daarbij tevens mondeling of schriftelijk mededeling ten aanzien van de te verwachten ontwikkelingen wat betreft het aantal op basis van een uitzendovereenkomst werkzame personen in het komende jaar.
