Any person who, in a written application or statement to the legal entity referred to in Article 15, paragraph 1, serving for the determination of the amount due pursuant to Article 7 of this Act, intentionally provides an incorrect or incomplete statement, shall be punished by detention for a term not exceeding three months or a fine of the third category. The act shall be considered a summary offence (overtreding).
Hij die in een schriftelijke aanvrage of opgave aan de in artikel 15, eerste lid, bedoelde rechtspersoon, dienende voor de vaststelling van het op grond van artikel 7 van deze wet verschuldigde, opzettelijk een onjuiste of onvolledige mededeling doet, wordt gestraft met hechtenis van ten hoogste drie maanden of geldboete van de derde categorie. Het feit wordt beschouwd als een overtreding.
