Any person who intentionally fails to provide a statement as referred to in Article 15d, or who intentionally makes an incorrect or incomplete statement in such a statement, shall be punished by detention for a term not exceeding three months or a fine of the third category. The act shall be considered a summary offence (overtreding).
Degene die een opgave, bedoeld in artikel 15d, opzettelijk nalaat dan wel in een dergelijke opgave opzettelijk een onjuiste of onvolledige mededeling doet, wordt gestraft met hechtenis van ten hoogste drie maanden of geldboete van de derde categorie. Het feit wordt beschouwd als een overtreding.
