The preliminary relief judge may, upon the claim of the rightholder referred to in Articles 2, 6, 7a, 7b and 8, permit the temporary continuation of the alleged infringement on the condition that security is provided for the compensation of the damage suffered by the rightholder. Under the same conditions, the court may permit the continuation of the services provided by the intermediary as referred to in Article 15e.
De voorzieningenrechter kan op vordering van de rechthebbende, bedoeld in de artikelen 2, 6, 7a, 7b en 8, tijdelijke voortzetting van de vermeende inbreuk toestaan onder de voorwaarde dat zekerheid wordt gesteld voor vergoeding van de door de rechthebbende geleden schade. Onder dezelfde voorwaarden kan de rechter voortzetting van de dienstverlening door de tussenpersoon als bedoeld in artikel 15e toestaan.
