In deviation from Article 620 of Book 7 of the Civil Code, the payment of the minimum wage due shall be effected by non-cash payment in accordance with Article 114 of Book 6 of the Civil Code.
The first paragraph shall not apply to the employee who, as a rule, on fewer than four days per week, exclusively or almost exclusively performs services for the benefit of the household of the natural person to whom he stands in an employment relationship.
In afwijking van artikel 620 van Boek 7 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek geschiedt de voldoening van het verschuldigde minimumloon door girale betaling overeenkomstig artikel 114 van Boek 6 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek.
Het eerste lid is niet van toepassing op de werknemer die doorgaans op minder dan vier dagen per week uitsluitend of nagenoeg uitsluitend diensten verricht ten behoeve van het huishouden van de natuurlijke persoon tot wie hij in dienstbetrekking staat.
