in forceDuring the examination referred to in Article 393, paragraph 1, of Book 2 of the Civil Code, the auditor shall also examine compliance with the obligations attached to the subsidy. Our Minister shall establish an instruction regarding the scope and intensity of the audit.
The accountant shall, within thirteen weeks after the end of the financial year, issue a written statement concerning compliance with the obligations attached to the subsidy.
The board shall cooperate in investigations to be instituted by Our Minister, which are necessary for the performance of the task of the ministry.
Bij het onderzoek, bedoeld in artikel 393, eerste lid, van Boek 2 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek, onderzoekt de accountant tevens de naleving van de aan de subsidie verbonden verplichtingen. Onze Minister stelt een aanwijzing over de reikwijdte en de intensiteit van de controle vast.
De accountant geeft binnen dertien weken na afloop van het boekjaar een schriftelijke verklaring af over de naleving van de aan de subsidie verbonden verplichtingen.
Het bestuur werkt mee aan door Onze Minister in te stellen onderzoeken, die noodzakelijk zijn voor de uitvoering van de taak van het ministerie.
