in forceThe activity plan requires the approval of Our Minister. Articles 10:28 up to and including 10:31 of the General Administrative Law Act apply mutatis mutandis.
If, due to special circumstances, costs arise for the COA which were not foreseen upon the submission of the budget, a supplementary activity plan and a supplementary budget shall be submitted in respect of those costs. The supplementary activity plan and the supplementary budget also require the approval of Our Minister.
Het activiteitenplan behoeft de instemming van Onze Minister. De artikelen 10:28 tot en met 10:31 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing.
Indien door bijzondere omstandigheden voor het COA kosten ontstaan die niet zijn voorzien bij de indiening van de begroting wordt ter zake van die kosten een aanvullend activiteitenplan en een aanvullende begroting ingediend. Ook het aanvullend activiteitenplan en de aanvullende begroting behoeven de instemming van Onze Minister.
