in forceOur Minister grants the COA a subsidy for the performance of the assigned tasks, chargeable to the budget of the Ministry of Asylum and Migration.
Notwithstanding Article 4:21, paragraph 3, of the General Administrative Law Act, Title 4.2 of that Act applies to the subsidy.
The subsidy is granted per financial year.
Division 4.2.8, with the exception of Articles 4:71 and 4:72, paragraphs 1, 2, 4 and 5, of the General Administrative Law Act, applies.
Onze Minister verstrekt het COA een subsidie voor de uitvoering van de opgedragen taken ten laste van de begroting van het Ministerie van Asiel en Migratie.
In afwijking van artikel 4:21, derde lid, van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht is titel 4.2 van die wet op de subsidie van toepassing.
De subsidie wordt per boekjaar verstrekt.
Afdeling 4.2.8, met uitzondering van de artikelen 4:71 en 4:72, eerste, tweede, vierde en vijfde lid, van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht is van toepassing.
