Article 3:13, paragraphs six up to and including eight, shall not apply if the application for the benefit, referred to in Article 3:7, paragraph one, has been submitted before the time of entry into force of Article IX, part A, of the Collective SZW Act 2022.
Artikel 3:13, zesde tot en met het achtste lid, is niet van toepassing indien de aanvraag van de uitkering, bedoeld in artikel 3:7, eerste lid, is ingediend voor het tijdstip van inwerkingtreding van artikel IX, onderdeel A, van de Verzamelwet SZW 2022.
